Mobile Fingerprinting

At Lady Bud's LLC, I provide professional, mobile ink fingerprinting services based on strict FBI fingerprinting standards. Whether you need an FD-258 card for a background check or professional licensing, I bring the service directly to you.

Who Needs Fingerprinting? Fingerprint cards are commonly required for individuals working in or applying to various industries, including:

  • Healthcare Professionals: Nurses, caregivers, medical professionals, and healthcare employees.

  • Education & Childcare: Teachers, daycare workers, school employees, and childcare providers.

  • Government & Federal Employment: Government employees, contractors, and individuals requiring security clearances.

  • Real Estate & Professional Licensing: Real estate professionals and other licensed occupations where fingerprinting is required.

  • Security & Protective Services: Security guards, private investigators, and other security professionals.

  • Employment & Background Checks: Job applicants and employees whose employers require fingerprint-based screening.

  • Legal & Immigration Purposes: Individuals instructed by an attorney, government agency, or immigration authority to submit fingerprint cards.

  • Volunteer Organizations: Individuals working with children, seniors, or vulnerable populations.

What to Bring to Your Fingerprinting Appointment

To ensure a smooth, quick, and successful ink fingerprinting process, please have the following ready for your appointment:

  • Valid ID: A current, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) to verify your identity.

  • Required Forms or Affidavits: Any specific paperwork required by your employer or licensing board. For security guards and AZ DPS applicants, please bring your printed Licensing Fingerprint Verification Affidavit. If needed, there is a link provided on the forms page to download the most current version of this affidavit.

  • Agency Instructions: Any specific instructions, ORI codes, or routing information provided by the requesting agency to ensure your cards are filled out perfectly.

  • Provided Fingerprint Cards (If Applicable): I supply standard FBI-approved FD-258 applicant cards for your appointment. However, if your agency or employer mailed you specific, pre-coded fingerprint cards, please bring them with you!

Pro-Tip for Ink Fingerprinting: Please wash your hands and avoid applying any heavy lotions, oils, or hand sanitizers right before our appointment. Clean, dry hands ensure the clearest and most accurate prints!

I-9 Employment Verification

As an Authorized Representative, Lady Bud's LLC assists employers in verifying the identity and employment authorization of remote hires. I provide accurate, compliant, and efficient completion of Section 2 of the federal Form I-9, bringing the service directly to you.

What to Bring to Your I-9 Appointment

To ensure a quick and compliant verification process, please have the following ready for your appointment:

  • Completed Section 1: Please ensure that you have fully completed and signed Section 1 of the Form I-9 before our appointment.

  • Original, Unexpired Documents: You must present original, physical, and unexpired documents from the USCIS List of Acceptable Documents. You may bring either:

    • One document from List A (which establishes both identity and employment authorization, such as a U.S. Passport or Permanent Resident Card), OR

    • A combination of one document from List B (establishing identity, such as a driver's license) AND one document from List C (establishing employment authorization, such as a Social Security card or birth certificate).

  • Employer Instructions: Any specific paperwork, employer portal links, or routing instructions provided by your company's HR department.

Pro-Tip for I-9 Verifications: By federal law, I must inspect the actual, physical documents. Please do not bring photocopies, scanned printouts, or photos of your IDs on your phone, as they cannot be legally accepted for I-9 verification!

Note: Completing an I-9 form as an Authorized Representative is an administrative business service, not a notarial act. No notary stamp is used for this service.
