Remote Online Notary (RON) Services
At Lady Bud's LLC, I offer secure, state-approved Remote Online Notary (RON) services, allowing you to get your important documents notarized from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere in the world. Using a secure, encrypted audio-video platform, this digital service is just as legally binding as a traditional in-person notarization but offers the ultimate convenience without the need to travel.
What You Need for Your RON Appointment
To ensure a smooth, quick, and successful online notarization, please be prepared with the following before logging into your session:
Valid ID: A current, unexpired U.S. State Driver’s License, State ID, or U.S. Passport. You will need to take a picture of the front and back of your ID during the secure check-in process.
A Compatible Device: A smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a working webcam, microphone, and speakers.
Strong Internet Connection: A stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection to support continuous audio and video streaming.
Your Digital Document: The complete, unsigned document that needs to be notarized, saved in a .PDF format.
U.S. Social Security Number (For Identity Proofing): You must have a U.S. SSN and at least a brief U.S. credit history to successfully pass the mandatory Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) identity quiz required by state law.
⚠️ Important: Please do not digitally sign your document beforehand. The platform will guide you to apply your electronic signature while we are connected face-to-face on camera!
Hours of Operation
Standard Mobile Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evenings & Weekends: Available by appointment (Subject to a $25 after-hours surcharge excluding Notary services)
The Complete RON + Apostille Package (Nationwide)
Need an Apostille for a notarized document but live out of state? I offer a seamless, start-to-finish package combining both services so you don't have to travel or manage complex government paperwork.
How the Package Works:
Digital Notarization: We meet securely online via RON to notarize your document.
Local Authentication: Because I am an Arizona-commissioned notary, your document falls under Arizona jurisdiction. I will personally process your electronically notarized document with the Arizona Secretary of State to obtain the physical Apostille.
Secure Delivery: Once authenticated, the finalized document packet is securely shipped via FedEx or UPS directly to you or your international destination.
Note for International Clients: Arizona permits remote notarization for signers currently located outside the U.S. only when the document relates to a U.S. jurisdiction, U.S. court, or U.S. real estate transaction.
What You Need to Have Ready for Your Combined Session:
Your Unsigned Digital Document (.PDF): The complete document that needs to be notarized, saved as a PDF. ⚠️ Important: Do not digitally sign it beforehand. You will sign it on-camera during our session.
Destination Country Information: You must know the exact country where the finalized document will be submitted so I can ensure it meets the specific Hague Apostille Convention requirements for that nation.
Valid U.S. ID & Social Security Number: To legally complete the online notarization portion, you must have a current, unexpired U.S. State ID, Driver’s License, or Passport, plus a U.S. SSN to pass the mandatory identity verification quiz (KBA).
A Compatible Device & Internet: A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working webcam and microphone, connected to strong Wi-Fi or cellular data for our video session.
Agency Instructions (If Applicable): If the foreign government, attorney, or receiving agency provided you with specific instructions on how the document must be notarized, please have those ready to share with me.
