Remote Online Notarization (RON) Pricing & Billing
For all Remote Online Notarizations (RON), Lady Bud's LLC partners with the secure BlueNotary platform. To ensure full compliance with state fee regulations, all billing and payment collection for online sessions is handled directly by BlueNotary, not by Lady Bud's LLC.
How it works:
- I will send you a secure email invitation to join your online session.
- We will meet face-to-face on camera to complete your notarization.
- Upon completion, the BlueNotary platform will automatically charge your payment method based on their published service rates.

Witness Services & Facility Support
Many legal documents require the presence of neutral witnesses. If you are unable to provide your own, I can arrange for a trusted, independent witness to accompany me to your appointment, including secure facilities.

Mobile Travel & Printing
Travel / mileage reimbursement: Billed at the standard Arizona state-employee mileage rate of $0.67 per mile round-trip. Arizona law (A.R.S. § 41-316) strictly limits mobile notary travel fees to the amount authorized for state-employee mileage expenses.
Document Printing Fee: $0.25 per page (Must be requested and agreed upon prior to the appointment. Files must be sent in .PDF format).
Apostille & Authentication Coordination

I-9 Employment Verification
As an Authorized Representative, I assist employers in verifying the identity and employment authorization of remote hires by accurately completing Section 2 of the federal Form I-9.

Signing-Agent Services
Loan-signing appointments are quoted individually based on assignment scope, location, printing, scanbacks, shipping, and client instructions.
- Starting price or package: $125 - $200 for standard loan packages.
- Included: Travel to signer, signature notarizations, and secure document routing.
- Additional agreed costs: Printing: $0.25 per page. Shipping: Billed at actual cost unless a prepaid label is provided.
Booking & Service Terms
- Service available in Spanish for notarial acts only at this time. Communication support does not include legal advice, explaining legal effect, choosing documents, or translating legal documents.
- Fees and estimated travel or pass-through costs are disclosed before service.
- The notary may decline or stop if legal requirements, identity verification, willingness, awareness, document completion, or facility conditions are not satisfied.
- Lady Bud's LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or select documents or notarial acts for customers.
