Refund & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a notarization cannot be completed at the time of the appointment due to missing/expired identification, incomplete documents, or a signer's unwillingness to sign, the travel and administrative fees remain non-refundable.
